"Overall it’s a nice place. Especially the design and the atmosphere. Very beautiful outdoors. I would call it five-ish stars hotel. The cleanliness of the sheets could to better (see photos of the mattress Skirt or the napkin in the room) but I can’t say it bothered me enough to ask to replace it. Had to come out and sort the check out when ordering room service (even though I notified I have credit for the room) - was a bit annoying but everything sorted. "This a really spacious, quiet, well- maintained property ouside of Chiang Mai, surrounded by a beautiful golf course. Away from the main roads and traffic, with clean air to breath. The room was clean and well- furnished, with a quiet balcony area. The pool area was quiet, clean, and relaxing. The breakfast and restaurant had good food and service, and the staff are friendly and attentive. I was looking for a relaxing, quiet location away from the car exhaust fumes, noise and chaotic energy...

"Overall, we had a very comfortable stay at the Swiss Lanna Lodge. Miss Toto and Miss Nam had provided us with an exceptional level of service and answered all our queries with a friendly demeanour. The only downside is that we suspect one of the beds has dust mites which resulted in one of my friends to have a bad rash."
