""Luxury" is only in its name. We enjoyed our stay at their other great property in Mae Taeng before pre-covid19, but this Chiangmai location is in extremely poor condition. My family occupied three rooms. The wood floor in my room was uneven and rough. It is uncomfortable to walk on and can cause accidents or even injuries. Bathroom smells of sewage.
