"Lovely stay, staff was lovely and helpful, the room I was given was so nice top floor I was staying few nights in Blackpool for work reasons working away, hotel was 10/10 start to finish."

"We stopped for two nights on May day bank holiday and Tuesday to watch the Gary Barlow concert. This the third time we have stopped at the hotel in standard double room. We parked on the road outside for which is free. The room was clean, warm and spacious. We had breakfast which is good with plenty of choices. On the first night we had a three course meal in the hotel restaurant. It was excellent. On the first night we were watched the Entertainment in the hall next to the bar. Lee and Victoria were excellent. We really enjoyed it. We bought some drinks vouchers which worked out at £3 for a pint or gin n tonic. It is a good deal. Check in was quick and the staff really friendly. The staff were really nice in the bar and restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend and return again. "

"Overal our 3night stay was very good ,the view from our hotel room was fantastic looking over the sea , we did not use the facilities at The Grand but they looked clean and elegant and me and my girlfriend had a lovely time so Thankyou ! We parked our car in the hotel car park and had no problems at all so it was safe ! On the downside sorry was that the hotel was quite a walk from the main area but the walk was really nice and the trams ran every 10 mins so Thats a big plus ! We are very pleased we stayed at The Grand Hotel Blackpool and will definitely come back ! Thank you . Gary + Tracey . "

"This is the second time we have stayed at the President hotel, it was our 14th wedding anniversary this time. The staff are lovely especially the breakfast staff. The rooms are clean but the beds are not that comfy they could do with either toppers or new mattresses . The shower we had wasn't very good but could still have one. You could tell they had been painting with gloss there was a little smell no problem but who ever did it got paint on the floor and hadn't cleaned it up (behind the door). I know this may sound a bit petty but clean up after yourself lol . We will still book again the good thing there are bus and tram stop outside the Hotel "

"We made a booking for ourselves and 14 other people to stay for 2 days for our wedding in town. The hotel catered for all of our requirements without any problems as far as i know. The service was efficient and friendly, the food at breakfast was tasty, and there was plenty of it, and the room we stayed in was excellent, especially the bathroom. All in all a very enjoyable stay."

"I had a marathon event on next morning, they help to kept my backpack, and allow me to have a bathing after checkout, that is wonderful service for take care our mental and health. "
