"The pictures online of the rooms DID NOT match what I walked into.. the door barely latched along with a flimsy deadbolt. It looked like the door at been broken into multiple times (Room 228). There was no shower curtain, no tv, no lamp shades, no phone (everything that was shown in the pictures). Looked like carpet had been pulled out never replaced. I booked for 3 days but only stayed one because I was an afraid of someone breaking in. I ended up having to stay on a friend’s couch. I don’t complain often but this was an awful experience. I would like to be refunded back at least the 2 days I didn’t stay for "

"Just make sure you level-set your expectations accordingly. Remember the brand you got a room with and how much you paid. Certainly not the Ritz but far from a shelter. "
