The two level townhome boasts a light open and airy feeling with tons of artwork from around the world, a wood fireplace and full washer and dryer. Beautifully furnished and well appointed, the living room and dining area/breakfast bar have and a large, smart flat-screen TV. The bedrooms feature brand new mattresses, comfy linens and soft pillows. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, stainless appliances and is fully-stocked with additional small appliances and cooking utensils for whipping up a home cooked meal including plenty of glassware, dinnerware, flatware, serving pieces, pots, pans, baking and plenty of storage. Lush plants, lounge furniture and bbq create your own private desert oasis perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or getting a little work done on your laptop (high speed wifi great for our working travelers). We chose this property originally for its proximity to our house during renovation. It is in a perfect location as it turns out to everything you would want to do on a vacation.When our time was up I was not ready to leave,(almost 6 weeks}, as it was as comfortable as my own home.

Amazing customer service!
When we arrived, we received a lovely welcome note from Brooke, asking how we found the place, and hoping that we were settling in well. Though, overall, we were quite pleased, we took that opportunity to let Brooke know about a few items that were problematic, and, within what seemed like minutes, Tim, the amazing maintenance man, was at our door, eager to ensure that whatever was not completely to our satisfaction was rectified without delay. Tim immediately took care of the few items, quickly and professionally, and left us with the perfect unit, which we enjoyed for our three week stay. Brooke and Tim provided the most outstanding customer service we have ever experienced, and we highly recommend them and their firm.
