"We really loved our stay at Amrath Hotel in Alkmaar! Our room was comfortable, clean, and quiet, and the area was wonderful. There's a nice park right across the canal that flows in front of the hotel, and the central town area is an easy walk. There we found great restaurants, a picturesque town, all the shopping a person could want, church bells that rang and played beautiful music, and lots of friendly people with their dogs. The hotel was an easy walk from the train station too. We would be happy to stay there again."

"The property is a little further (30 minute walk) from the city centre than we would have liked. It is also a bit small for 3 adults. The bedroom is very small. It was fine for one night but would have been awkward for longer. "
