Hotel was good, service at front desk a bit cold. Strangest thing, the entrance light to the room was impossible to turn off without removing the key from main switch. Staff said they never saw that and hotel was sold out. No real recovery

Wir haben aufgrund eines Wasserschadens ein Apartment angeboten bekommen. Das Apartment lag dann nicht wie das Hotel direkt am Strand sondern in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Treppe zu dem Schlafzimmer war sehr steil und für beeinträchtigte Menschen unzumutbar. Darauf wurde nicht hingewiesen, bei dem Angebot. Im Apartment selber gab es dann weder Seife noch Duschgel oder Shampoo. Dafür mussten wir erneut zum Hotel laufen. Auch das inkludierte Frühstück wurde wie ein Extra angeboten und auch die Benutzung der Sauna wurde als Zusatz angeboten, obwohl es bei einem wie geplanten Hotelaufenthalt selbstverständlich wäre. Leider können wir das Hotel so nicht weiterempfehlen. Eine 2. Nacht, welche Gratis gewesen wäre , haben wir aufgrund der Tatsachen oben geschilderten Gründe nicht angenommen.

Schöne Unterkunft und Zimmer. Jedoch sah man, dass der Teppich in die Jahre gekommen ist. Im Zimmer war es trotz Heizung sehr kalt, da der Wind durch die geschlossenen Fenster kam. Wir hatten das Hotel zum Wellness gebucht. Entgegen der Angabe auf Expedia gibt es keinen Pooö im Hotel. Zudem funktionierte nur eine von drei Saunen. Das ist natürlich ärgerlich. Dort gab es wenig Verständnis der Mitarbeiter. Das Frühstück ist okay, schönes Ambiente aber die Mahlzeit an sich sehr einfach gehalten.
