"It's a beautiful place but rooms need upgrade. Old room no fridge or microwave. Went with a child and didn't have a fridge to put her milk in. It was very disappointing. Room next to mine was shut down under construction."

"A great hotel. The beds were extremely comfortable. I slept like a baby. And was in such a great walkable area, and PENN STATION is right in front of the building as well. The staff were so incredibly kind and welcoming. And overall was very very clean. I am a massive germaphobe and was impressed with how clean the bathrooms were specifically and the sheets. There weren't any mysterious stains anywhere. I definitely will be staying there again. "

"As always, this was a wonderful stay! Some of the repairs in the room were a bit sloppy which was surprising. But I love this hotel. The staff are wonderful!"

"Staff lacks training. They act like zombies. Food is bland. Property looks old. Limited capacity for activities. The pictures are deceiving. "

"When I first arrived to the room, it smelled like smoke and as well as very musty. The people at the front desk were quick to correct this and housekeeping freshen the whole room up and re-vacuumed. So my several nights there were pleasant."

"Quiet, easy parking, quality of rooms were decent. Cleanliness could of been better, i just asked for new sheets since the ones I had, had stains on them and made the bed myself. Other than that everything was fine."
