Check in was a little rough having to wait so long for the elevator up. The room is pretty nice although there's definitely stains on the wall and couch from what I only assume is bodily fluids lol. The room was advertised with free parking but we have to pay a discounted rate and the in room dining service is stated but when I called to ask for it they said they don't provide this service.

Let’s start with the downsides: if your room faces the street instead of the river, the 24-hour noise from the tram below will keep you up. Forget about parking—it’s $27 a day. The breakfast is mediocre, but the atmosphere is top-notch, right by the Hudson River. Look up, and you’ll see Manhattan; look down, and you’ll be scooping salty oatmeal. Everything else is a plus.

Nice location. Next to PATH train so easy to get to Manhattan. Room is ok. Sofa bed is really bad. You can feel the springs. Doors to bathroom should not be glass even though it is frosted, but not enough.

You have to pay $27 for parking and it’s not on the actual property,then it’s very unorganized just trying to get an elevator to get to the floor to check in,the check in staff (guy) was very rude but the female on duty was pleasant. The pictures of the room were nothing like the internet and the view and rooms was not up to part

Proximiity to so many attractions convient to NYC by Path or ferryterrace restaurant had good small plates. Iinteresting though when ordering single mmalt scotch i was tolf that the large ice cube was not carried st the hotel goint to the terrace bar after they dud have it fir an up-charge of $2.00. Ihad three that way instead of only one st dinner. Breakfast was wonderful and my daughter and husband joined me and I was delighted to fin no additional charge even with them not being a hotel guest. I would like some cold drinking watet so iI brought it in from outside. I would have liked yhe water prestocked in fridge. Negatively there were not enough electrical outlets for todays usb world i live in and the x chair has no wheels so with my bad back it was difficult to position.
