"We stayed at the hotel the night before an early morning flight out of Ottawa Airport (YOW). The hotel is conveniently situated next to Park N Fly and walking distance to several restaurants. Check-in was quick. The room was very spacius and clean and contained everything, even a safe. We would have liked to spend more than one night."

"We rented the 2 loft suites for a family wedding. Everything was spotless and beautifully decorated. Brandy helped us figure out a way to plug in our hybrid car via email. She also promptly came to sort out an issue with the tv. Housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful, making sure we didn't need anything and giving us more snacks. The towels were first class and the in-floor heating in the bathroom was lovely. The original artwork and gas fireplace make it feel like home not a hotel. A wonderful place to stay with delicious bakeries and Bubba and Bugs Coffee Bar within walking distance. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! "

"Location is very convenient for Kanata, and easy to find. Check in was flawless. Hotel was clean. Unfortunately, there were other guests who made big messes in the elevator and corridor, which was no fault of the hotel themselves. Would recommend to others looking for a stay!"
