Everything was great. The gentleman who checked us in was so lovely. Our room was clean and spacious. The entire hotel is very new/updated. We enjoyed the pool and the breakfast that was included was also great!

Although check in was a bit slow, the service, room cleanliness and breakfast options were top notch! The main floor was under construction and the pool was only sub par, but if we stay in Ottawa in the future, we will definitely stay at the Marriott residence again!
