"This was easily one of our best vacations ever! The villa was the perfect size and location for our group of 19. With unused rooms--we turned one into the "massage suite"--we were able to spread out and easily enjoy our own spaces. Visiting three different beaches, each within 10-15 minutes drive, we loved the location and felt safe given the upscale nature of the neighborhood. The nearby beach, just a short walk away, was perfect for watching the sunset and swimming. Pictures don't show just...

"The place looks even better in person. Everyone in our group loved the place, it was so peaceful and very private. The host responded to any questions I had and loved the surprise he left us upon arrival. Will definitely book another stay here."

"A few days before arrival, Mario the property manager sent me directions and was available to pick us up from the airport. A short 20 minute ride and you arrive at the Villa. With so many things to do in the area, it’s hard to leave. But when you come back, it’s your own slice of paradise. Anytime there was something that needed attention, Mario was on top of it. Thx Mario - nos vemos pronto!"

"The unit that VRBO had me prepay for did not exist!! I was in another country with no where to stay. I tried to contact VRBO numerous times but this issue has still not been resolved. I haven’t gotten my money back and I havent heard from anyone directly. The fact that I am filling out a questionaire about a stay that did not happen is a prime example of the disconnect in communication."

"1. A/C DID NOT WORK IN ALL THE ROOMS EFFECTIVELY. NO A/C IN MASTER BEDROOM 2. HOT WATER DID NOT ALWAYS WORK 3. NOT ENOUGH WASH CLOTHES ON HAND 4. THE STAFF WAS EXCELLENT 5. SECURITY WAS TOP NOTCH 6. TV'S NEED TO BE UPGRADED TOO SMALL 7. NO TV'S INSIDE THE BEDROOM"

"the casa linda property is very nice and well worth coming to . the villa we had was nice but was older (not a big deal) but needs alot of TLC pictures on the wall were falling apart one of the washrooms would not flush and my big peeve the pot and pans were all scratched and needed to be scrubbed before we were able to use them handle's loose , just replace them !!! "

"Overall a good stay with a few small issues and one BIG issue: -Those exterior furniture cushions were discolored and had mold on some spots (definately NOT same color as in the photo) -pool needs resurfaced/painted -Daily interruptions when i was ASLEEP checking on my stay (not exactly a bad thing but when you're in the middle of sleeping YES) -Biggest thing VERY LATE CHECK-IN!!!
