"The unit that VRBO had me prepay for did not exist!! I was in another country with no where to stay. I tried to contact VRBO numerous times but this issue has still not been resolved. I haven’t gotten my money back and I havent heard from anyone directly. The fact that I am filling out a questionaire about a stay that did not happen is a prime example of the disconnect in communication."

"Our family will always cherish the time we spent together at Villa Coco Mar. We were celebrating our 50th anniversary with 12 adults (us, kids, spouses) and 14 grandkids ages 1-20. Everything was over and above our expectation! The grounds and beach are stunning. The manager Juan is friendly and easy to work with. The chef Juana and her crew are amazing. We all loved the Dominican food so we asked for it repeatedly. Many of our group told me there was not one thing served that they didn't like....

"We stayed for 6 nights and did not leave the resort. We loved every minute of our stay. We spent time in the ocean, on the beach and in the pool. We had fireworks, a DJ, every meal cooked for us. We celebrated both NYE and my son's wedding. Could not have had a better experience."
