"La Iglesia villa was just right for us! Walking distance to the beach is a plus! The large outdoor patio and pool is a great place to enjoy family. The only caveat is the upstairs bedroom has a shower, but no commode."

"The house was location in a safe area with walk out to the beach as advertised . The design and quality material of the house is great. However, water leaked into first floor bedroom when it rained. There was pealing of plaster on the lanai. The family room had connections for TV and other devises , but there was no TV. The TV in the bunk room was broken.The staff were attentive and the food was prepared to our request every day. None of the staff spoke English"

"We brought family and friends to Villa Del Mar for a week long stay. We hosted our wedding at the villa as well. We had a wonderful experience. The food was fabulous. Omar, Joel, and Jose were so nice and helpful. Rebecca went above and beyond to help me plan the wedding for 10 months prior to our arrival. She was great at communicating and she answered every question I had and made sure we had everything we needed/wanted for our big day. She also came to check in periodically during our stay....

"We loved our stay with Sylvia. Her property is simply a tropical paradise and she and her staff are great. The accommodations are very basic, and rather quaint which suited us just fine. If you are expecting slick, new and air conditioning, this is not the place for you. But if you want a little piece of tropical beauty, with a great pool, then we would highly recommend this property. you must like dogs as well ,there are 5 of them"

"We arrived Casa Bella after a less than stellar ride from the airport with a recommended driver from the owner. His driving was a bit erratic and fast. We were relieved to have made it! We were met by the property manager Francini who was reaching out to the community manager because the neighbors were having a very loud karaoke party by their pool. It wasn’t the serene arrival that we had expected and it went on throughout the evening. Our rental information had said parties were not allowed. ...
