"We had a fabulous stay at the Grand Hyatt. Very clean and comfortable. It is attached to a shopping centre so really handy for shops and restaurants. It is so close to Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden city/Palace museum. We ate in the Grand Hyatt taste of China and the food was outstanding. The breakfast was good with excellent choices. Plenty of western food for those that wanted it. I will definitely stay again if we are back in Beijing in future. "

"Very convenient location within close walking distance from the APM mall (lots of eateries inside) and Wangfujing. Excellent customer service, no matter who you speak to or what time of day you make a request. The only minor downside is that the hotel rooms are a bit dated, and depending on where your room is, you can hear the noise from the street (mostly just people talking loudly from outside the mall or street). "

Much appreciated m The concierge went above and beyond to assist me in finding the right souvenirs, even calling a local shop to ensure they had the item I was looking for! They also ordered an asthma machine for my son when his broke ! The front seat were amazing, waiving a few for an additional bed ! Moreover the host and waiter at the remembered our names, favorite foods and allergies! Oh my Lordy! Everyone was sooo good and so kind and helpful! I have to go back !"
