"We had a really nice overnight stay here! We were in the area visiting family and have two little kids, so having the pool and the little water features was awesome!! Our kids loved the shallow kiddie pool and our older daughter loved playing basketball in the bigger pool. The breakfast was good, nothing fancy but just what we needed to get everyone fed and happy before we hit the road in the morning. "You have to take this into the context that it was eight degrees below zero outside. the manager had the room set at 60 when we arrived. The heating system is a heat pump and they don't work well below zero anyway, so it took a long time to even get the room to 70. The one warm thing is the staff. They did what they could to make our stay comfortable. They extra blankets made for a good nights rest, and isn't that what we come for? The breakfast was inviting, tasty and made for a good family...

"Clean, big room, king bed was comfortable, great price, accommodating to my needs. Only stayed 1 night. A bit dated, didn’t miss the pool and other amenities, breakfast was scarce but probably because few guests on Dec 1st. Would come again "

"I reserved a single King, the room was great, clean, the bed was comfortable and the layout was fine. The bathroom shower was really nice and an ample supply of shampoo/conditioner/body wash in large dispensers. Convenient! All of the single kings are located on the highway side, so if you're picky about sound, you'll want to consider that. Personally, with the drapes drawn and the fan running, it did not bother me. The pool was nice, clean, and the hot tub was good. Breakfast was okay, there is a waffle machine, a hot breakfast option along with the standard muffins /bread /cereal. All day coffee though! The staff was wonderful; both helpful and pleasant. The online check-in process made it even more convenient. I will definitely stay here again when in the Wausau area! "
