I stayed at this property the evening of the 21st planning to check out on the 23rd. I woke up early on the 22nd to find bed bugs in my bed along with blood on my sheets and bites on my body. After bringing the bugs to the front desk they told me I would not be charged. I was charged for both nights (only having slept there for part of the first night) and have contacted the hotel numerous times explaining the situation. I have been told each time the manager would be told and follow up. It has been 2 weeks and I still have not received any resolution.

Room was quiet. Bed comfy. An assortment at breakfast. Bathroom was small and floor in bathroom could have been a little cleaner. Great price. Would stay there again.

I woke up in the early morning to find bedbugs on my bed. I could not continuing sleeping in this space after this and left immediately afterwards. I notified the front desk who said the manager was not in yet. I am still waiting for a response from management.

I stayed for a night, was a great stay. The breakfast was good, and the rooms were comfy. The live video check-in was kind of neat, and the on-screen clerk was friendly. The only drawbacks were the lack of an elevator and no pool.

I don't like the virtual check-in. Going to a hotel is supposed to be something special, where humans kindly help tired travelers. Virtual check-in is not warm, human contact. Also, the hot water faucet in my sink had a slow leak. When I woke up in the morning, my cosmetics case was soaked. With virtual service, there's no one to complain to.

The check-in procedure was a bit unusual, but it worked out well. The guy on screen was friendly and courteous. The only issue was that the room had a slight odor. Other than that, it was a great stay with a good breakfast.
