"Front desk very helpful, convenient store for groceries, breakfast was ok not the best. I would prefer closer to the center, palm beach.Eagle beach It’s a quiet area and a few restaurants near by . The beach and sand were beautiful. The staff @ the beach very nice and helpful but to get first or second rows sun beds got to wake up @ 6-7 a clock Overall no complaints for the resort just not good location for my liking. "

"Found the front desk staff to be on the ruder side and weren’t very accommodating. They had a shuttle that took you to the beach but it was small, crowded and pushed us under a tree. The shuttle driver also seemed like she didn’t want anything to do with anyone. The staff at the beach were nice and friendly but at the hotel they were not. The rooms were very nice and pool area was very nice but I wouldn’t stay here again because of the staff and beach area. "

"Pros: Hotel is right across Eagle beach. It has available parking. Close to Superfood. Staff are nice and helpful, especially Lucas. Cons: Rooms are outdated and has strong cleaning products smell."
