"Check in was all done by text that they initiated the day of arrival. I had a code to get in which was so easy. Parking was right in front of the building. The room was as pictured and clean. My only comment would be the remodel quality is not what I would expect for the price I paid - I was clearly done too quick with a lack of attention to detail with a missing deadbolt latch and things like drywall anchors with nothing in them. "Look forward to going back! Was the perfect place to take my 9 yr old nephew fishing for the weekend. Spacious, extremely clean and comfortable & grounds were beautiful, clean & quiet. We fished off the dock at the property, across the street at the beach & walking distance to fish at Albee Bridge. POPs Restaurant was a pleasant surprise down the street too. "

"This was an emergency trip that was booked at the last minute on New Year’s Eve for a stay starting the next day. We did have some communication issues to begin with, but the owner was out of town and this was a very short turnaround. Once we got connected, things went smoothly. We did have a couple maintenance issues during our stay that were addressed quickly. The location was perfect as it put us very close to an ill family member."
