"It was special and unique and personal. It was quaint but modern, thoughtful about guest experiences and intentional in arrangements. Teakettle and encouragement to recycle were especially refreshing! We will definitely stay here again!"

"The location and cleanliness was top notch. I would recomend to stay there.The description needs to be updated. It says the place has a murphy Bed. It doesn't. It has a blow up.matress.for the 3rd bed. That was a problem since i need 3 actual beds. I had 1 couple and two friends that didnt share a bed. The description made that not be a problem but it was a problem.. Other then the bed situation in the description it was very good. The description of any place is super important. That needs to...

"We stayed 5 nights and had a great vacation. Although the island is still recovering from the hurricanes our unit was perfect. All new appliances and furnishings, A/C unit in every room and well stocked kitchen for cooking. Location is perfect, easy walk across the street to the beach and great access to the bay for our daily kayak trip to see the dolphins (3rd canal to the right had 3-6 every day we were there). All you need for the beach is provided, chairs, umbrellas, toys and even a cooler....

"We loved everything about this rental! There are so many fun restaurants and bars within walking distance! There's also the convenience of the trolley stop right across the street for trips into the Village. The pool was nice and the beach was very close. We'd definitely recommend this location and we hope to be back next year!"

"The house was immaculate! Great location and easy walk to beach.The host was wonderful!!!!Can’t wait to go back!!!"

"Everything was described accurately. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Dave communicated everything we needed to know. The only thing you could possibly dislike would be the road noise because the bedroom window faces toward Beach Road but Spring Break brings out activity into and out of the village until the bars close. "

"I stayed for 3 days to visit my aunt; this was a perfect space for me. Close to her but also to restaurants, shopping and everything I needed. Alik is great, and I'll be making sure to check in here first when I come back for more visits. Super clean, comfy and perfect for 1-2 people. Can't go wrong!! "

"We had a great time in Nokomis at the Colonia Bay Cottage. The house was as described..the perfect get away retreat. Home was very clean with all the needed amenities . The view of the lagoon while sitting by the pool was perfect and only a short drive to the beaches! "

"Overall it fit our needs. Having Walgreens in a sixty second walking distance was a lifesaver. Especially when we ran out of toilet paper on day three of our stay. The really helpful information binder in the unit instructed us to contact the property manager if we ran out of TP but when we did, they said they supply 2-3 rolls and that would be enough for our five night stay. We were supplied a partial roll on the dispenser and one additional roll, not 2-3. All in all, it’s a minor expense, but...

"Loved my 10 day stay at this cozy, well appointed cottage. Wonderful location just a block off Dearborn Street. Farmers Market in the park alongside the accommodations every Thursday, many other events nearby to enjoy. Highly recommend!"
