"The property was very nice and clean. The communication was excellent. The location is great. We are happy we stayed at the property. The only thing our family would have liked was the ability to lower the AC unit past the point the thermostat allowed us to at night. The air cools and it's great in the family room and dining area but the two rooms do not cool the same and it was not comfortable for sleeping. Also we had to leave the property to go buy some extra pillows, so I would probably keep...

"This was an emergency trip that was booked at the last minute on New Year’s Eve for a stay starting the next day. We did have some communication issues to begin with, but the owner was out of town and this was a very short turnaround. Once we got connected, things went smoothly. We did have a couple maintenance issues during our stay that were addressed quickly. The location was perfect as it put us very close to an ill family member."

There was an innocent mistake in our booking dates but the owner compensated us with a night's stay at another location at his expense. Highly recommend the area, condo & facility.
