"This was a fantastic hotel! The location was incredible - it is walking distance to the Yamanote train line which connects you to other main attractions in Tokyo. There is also tons of great restaurants and shops in the area as well and a convenience store in the heart of the lobby making it easy to grab food, drinks or other supplies. The staff was very kind and helpful when shipping luggage to our next hotel in Kyoto. Lastly, you can take the Airport Limousine Shuttle Bus from Haneda and get dropped off in front of the hotel. This was super convenient and affordable! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is interested in staying in a safe and less hectic area of Tokyo. "

"I liked the food options available to you in the hotel itself. Food quality was much better than what is expected of a hotel buffet. The washing machines were stressful to use and not enough for the guests."

"It was quite nice staying here, staff was very helpful! The only thing was the option for the aircon was available since it adjusts automatically due to the weather outside. ( the heater was on, so it was a bit hot when sleeeping for the night)"
