"Fantastic 3 day stay. Myself, husband, 2 daughters, 2 son in laws and 4 grandchildren ranging from 1 to 7. 10 people total. The pool was a big hit, lots of pool toys, towels and lifejackets. The house was well stocked, clean and easy entry. Communication was very prompt and friendly. Lots of extra blankets and pillows. Also extra heaters for the downstairs were provided as it was a bit chilly for the little ones. Owners were very gracious with a few requests we had. We would definitely stay...

"We stayed in the Ohio Cottage from December 23-28. The house was well appointed and very clean. Beds were comfortable and bedding was very nice. The common rooms were small, but comfortable. The owners provided a beautiful Christmas tree for our family and it was appreciated.The owner, Elliott, was responsive to questions thru text messages. The location is ideal with a short walk to the Riverwalk and downtown."

But those are extras and did not influence our review as we knew what to expect. Mostly clean; shower curtain liners need replaced or cleaned. "We were in town for a family funeral and decided to stay with our children, spouses and granddaughter. This property was very centrally located to all our activities and we were delighted to find this property in a wonderful neighborhood! We took a couple walks and felt safe and welcome. There was a great little old school video game machine that or boys sure enjoyed exploring. All in all we had a wonderful experience and I HIGHLY recommend!! "

"A short getaway to relax and enjoy nature with friends. Loved walking through the trees behind the house. The spa was nice even though it was cold outside, and the overhead cover was good because of the rain. One bummer was the fireplace is not part of the deal anymore. Even though it's not a real fireplace, it would have been nice for the ambiance and cold days. Property manager responded promptly to our messages."
