"Stayed one night on a cross country trip with my wife and dog. Quaint and elegant little unit in a beautiful PNW city. Love the design, and immaculate condition. Had a several hours to wander the neighborhood, which has so much to offer. Friendly people, coffee shops, breweries, bars and great restaurants, all on par with any favorite neighborhood in any PNW city. Perfect location for exploring the best neighborhood in Spokane."

"This property is very clean with modern kitchen appliances. The heating and cooling both work very well. It is all on one level and easily accessible. It is a fairly quiet neighborhood with a mix of older homes and newer duplexes and fourplex units. The park located directly across the street is nice. I would have given an overall rating of 5 stars, but for the location. I didn't experience any issues, except for some loud "bump thumpy" music from surrounding cars/homes. "
