"We picked the hotel because the parking was included in the cost but we were very happy with the room which was comfortable and spacious. The staff were lovely and the location was convenient. It's about 45 minutes on the tram/metro into the city centre but these are cheap and frequent from right outside the hotel."

They were super friendly and made us feel so welcome. However the hotel staff seemed very bored and tired, they wouldn’t speak anymore than the minimum, not sure if it was just to us or not.
