"Overall this is a wonderful property with a very good restaurant. The room was large and very nice. However, there was no AC or fan to push the air around. There were a lot of mosquitoes, so leaving a door or window open was not an option due to no screens. So my only suggestion would be to offer some type of fan during the summer stays"

"We’ve just returned from a fantastic 3 nights in Rauris. The Birkenhof was the perfect little hotel to rest our heads. The staff were lovey and couldn’t do enough for us.
