"I guess house is nicely situated so you have access to three major ski areas of Kitzbuhel. At First it being away from the town center I was apprehensive but found this to be so much easier with time management and less stressful than actually staying in the town of Kitzbuhel. "The house is well located but it was not clean. Dirty dishes were just put in the cubboard and the shower upstairs leaked through the ceiling in the living room. Afterwards we received an invoice to pay extra for electricity. This was not indicated on the website beforehand."
