Good service, exciting room, castle concept was perfect. Very good if you have children, a bit noicy if dont have children. The bar next to castle was very good.

Decent hotel for a fair price.

The hotel has seen better day. While it is a nice building the rooms and facilities are in need for a thorough renovation. The food is average at best. In the three days we stayed at the hotel the evening buffet contained Wiener Schnitzel on two days. The vegetarian options are limited to pasta. The salat buffet is basic. Same is true for the breakfast.

Very nice and quiet place to be, specially with children. The whole staff is very friendly and is open for any needs and questions. It's a really old building but they made the best out of it. The choice of food at the dinner could be better for children (for example there where no french fries or "Spatzle" available at the buffet). The Taverna Bar isn't open every day but the staff at the restaurant compensates that.

Das Essen vom Buffet macht satt, interessant ist dass die Rezeption einfach Mittags- und Abendessenpausen macht, der Charme aus den 80/90gern und das ritterähnliche Ambiente gefällt wahrscheinlich vor allem Kindern.

Ein sehr schön hergerichtetes altes Schloss. Man darf hier kein perfektes Hotel erwarten, aber viel Flair, Ambiente und abtauchen in eine andere Welt. Für Kinder sicher ein Abenteuer Paradies. Für Erwachsene, die Mittelalter und Ritter mögen, ist es auch ein Abenteuer.

Wir buchten ein Doppelzimmer,landeten im tiefsten Mittelalter.Diese Kammer war sehr klein,eng,mit knarrenden,unbequemen klapprigen Bett,immerhin mit einem kleinen Kühlschrank u. warmem Wasser!Am nächsten Tag ein modernes Zimmer.Größer,ohne Kühlschrank,ohne Wasserkocher(bei der Zimmerbeschreibung angegeben),mit einem noch unbequemeren Bett,das eher an ein ausgeklapptes Schlafsofa erinnerte.Aber immerhin konnte man vom Bett aus fernsehen.Vorausgesetzt man bediente den Fernseher an der hinteren Abdeckung,die Batterien in der Fernbedienung waren ausgelaufen.Die größte Enttäuschung über dieses MODERNE Zimmer war allerdings,dass es ab 16 Uhr kein warmes Wasser mehr gab.Weder zum Duschen noch zum Händewaschen.Für Familien mit Kindern unzumutbar!Zumal man mit einem nicht vorhandenen Wasserkocher noch nicht einmal die Badewanne aufheizen konnte.Frühstück:Leider hat es nur für Dosenobst gereicht,die Auswahl war allgemein auch eher darauf begrenzt,jeden Tag dasselbe zu essen(es sei denn man steht auf verschiedene "Kuchen" u. Süßkram zum Frühstück).Am 3. Tag hörten wir auch auf zu zählen,wie oft die Kaffeemaschinen streikten.Als dann ein Reisebus ankam,war auch das Personal sichtlich überfordert.Es wurde nichts mehr richtig nachgefüllt,die Tische nicht abgeräumt.Tiefgarage zu klein. Parkmöglichkeiten eher begrenzt.Wir fragten wir,was von beidem kälter war:unsere Dusche am Abend oder der Pool.Whirlpool:aufgeblasenes Becken aus dem Baumarkt. Absolut unzufrieden. Keine erneute Buchung.

Für ein 4-Sterne Hotel ist es sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Pool ist ok, aber wennman genauer hinsieht, müssten einige Verbesserungen vorgenommen werden. Das gilt für das komplette Hotel. Das Personal war sehr nett. Parkplätze sind ziemlich eng.

Wir haben dieses Hotel gebucht, weil wir die Kinderbetreuung und das Babysitting sehr ansprechend Leider gab es beides nicht.fanden.Auf Nachfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass schon länger keine Mitarbeiterin auf diese Stelle zufinden sei. Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang waren nicht wirklich informativ, teilweise leider auch unhöflich. Das Zimmer war auf den ersten Blick gigantisch, die Einrichtung sehr ansprechend. Auf den zweiten Blick, war der Balkon dreckig, unter der Spüle ein verschimmeltes Brett und in der Küche gab es keine Töpfe, Handtücher, oder Besteck. Es gab einen Wasserkocher und eine Kaffe-Kapsel-Maschine. Wir haben sie nicht benutzt, weil beides verkalkt erschien. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Frühstücksbuffet war super und alle Kellner sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Schwimmbad war toll, wir und unsere Kinder haben gerne dort gebadet. Abgeplatzt Fliesen haben uns nicht gestört. Die Dusche war leider großflächig schimmlig, wir haben einfach auf dem Zimmer geduscht. Der Kidsclub/Ghostclub konnte auch ohne Betreuung genutzt werden. Es gab Bücher, Gesellschaftsspiele, Bastelutensilien, Turnmatten ect. Und einen seperaten Kleinkinder Bereich mit Krabbelecke und Gitterbettchen.Es war sehr unordentlich. Wir haben uns trotz einigen Abstrichen wohl gefühlt, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war unbefriedigend
