"The property is directly on Lake Zell, making its location superb. They have some games and water equipment available onsite for use or rent. There is a dock for the kids to jump into the lake from, but when we were there the area by the dock wasn’t so clean. The room was clean, and there was a private bathroom. Our bathroom didn’t seem that clean though and had an unfortunate odor to it. We spent most of our time there next door at Strandband Seespitz, where access to the lake was a little...

"We had the middle apartment with the balcony at the front off the kitchen, ideal for watching village life whilst eating breakfast and catching the morning sun. We also had access to a large shared balcony at the rear which was ideal for catching the sun at the other end of the day whilst enjoying evening dinner.
