"Excellent hotel! Pictures in the Expedia site do not do justice to the hotel. The hotel is way more better than the pictures. It has a touch of the old and the new. The rooms are very clean and quite specious. The location is unbelievably good. Everything is in walking distance. Breakfast spread is also great. The service people were amazing. People at the reception were also wonderful. I’ll recommend all to stay in this hotel. I’d definitely stay there again if I’m in Vienna. "

"I enjoyed the stay. We had two rooms and in one the AC worked better than the other room, but we brought a fan so that helped. We parked under the hotel in a U.S. sized van at 2M high and it was easy, plenty of room. Driving into the city was tight but eh, we survived. Bed was a little stiff and pillow was just ok. Breakfast had the most vegan and vegetarian offers that I have seen anywhere in Europe. Quite extensive. Only had one coffee machine for so many people. Weird. Coffee wasn't that great either. Service pleasant and professional. Hotel perfectly situated for ease of access to the city sites."

During our week-long stay, we felt incredibly comfortable and welcome. This hotel offers everything you could ask for: it's new, clean, quiet, and conveniently located near everything you need in Vienna. Public transportation is right outside the door, and there's a wide variety of restaurants just across the street at Westfield, one of Europe's largest shopping centers. What truly impressed us, however, was the exceptional staff. They were the friendliest, most supportive, and most accommodating hotel reception team we've ever encountered. "This is a nice, cozy hotel that has all the familiarity of a Courtyard, with a friendly and accommodating staff that's comfortable speaking multiple languages. The hotel is not in the center of the action, but that's a good thing. For one, it's less expensive than something around the historic center of Vienna, or in the heart of the business and technology districts. It's a block away from a metro station, and for a very reasonable price, you can purchase an all-day or multi-day pass and use the train to reach tourist and business destinations in a matter of minutes. The Vienna metro is very navigable and the trains were frequent and on-time. The area around the hotel felt very safe and walkable. There's a market nearby and a shopping center/mall a bit further on from the metro line. Note that shops in Vienna are mostly closed on Sunday, and only open from 900 until 1800-1900 the remainder of the week. The hotel does have a small self-service market at the front desk, that had a good selection of drinks, snacks, and amenities for sale. The hotel restaurant doesn't have a tremendous variety, but the service is excellent, and the quality of the food is very good. There are some restaurants nearby, too."
