Airport transportation was smooth and arranged by the hotel staff. "We had a trail of ants coming from the AC. Don’t leave food out on the tables. We arrived before check in time, but we were able to eat at the restaurant and go to the pool. They did upgrade us to a family room with 2 bathrooms which was nice. Easy to take a tuk tuk to the town, there are a bunch waiting outside. I recommend renting fins at the dock and haggle for your own snorkel set in the town."

"When we arrived at the property, they informed us they accidentally overbooked. So they transferred us to another hotel for the night. I didn’t want to make a big deal about it since I’m pretty sure it was an honest mistake. We went out early morning for a day tour and they told us they would transfer our luggages to our room at Westown. They did just that. Everything was great. No complaints from me. Staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. I would def come back. "
