"The staff are amazing, super friendly. It’s hard to rate this place low when the staff are just so darn friendly. But reality is we were there for four nights . First night power outage on the first floor, the manager so kindly moved us to the second floor to a bigger room with no extra charge. "The staff are friendly but need more confidence/ability to use English. If you have a Filipino in your group they will use Tagalog all the time. You can arrange your airport transfer and any tours with the staff, they are helpful with that. They know the town of Coron, and local area well.
