"We had a trail of ants coming from the AC. Don’t leave food out on the tables. We arrived before check in time, but we were able to eat at the restaurant and go to the pool. They did upgrade us to a family room with 2 bathrooms which was nice. Easy to take a tuk tuk to the town, there are a bunch waiting outside. I recommend renting fins at the dock and haggle for your own snorkel set in the town."

"When we arrived at the property, they informed us they accidentally overbooked. So they transferred us to another hotel for the night. I didn’t want to make a big deal about it since I’m pretty sure it was an honest mistake. We went out early morning for a day tour and they told us they would transfer our luggages to our room at Westown. They did just that. Everything was great. No complaints from me. Staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. I would def come back. "

"The room itself was good. We had a room overlooking the pool which had a large balcony. Reception staff were very helpful, however, the lunch and dinner staff hid away all the time and seemed to try and make it difficult for anyone to order anything. They used to have a pool bar, which is now closed and they used to have call buttons by the pool loungers, which have also been removed, so you have to go looking for staff to get food or drink. "Lovely place! Rooms are located in separated little villas in a nice forest. The place is 5 minutes ride from the town but very silent and calm. Everything and everyone is welcoming you here.
