"Other guests at the hotel on the 22nd floor were very noisy, but the staff took care of it rather quickly after I reported the issue. JAG was especially helpful for the entire stay. "

"Good hotel approx 300m from Somerset metro station. Unfortunately we discovered some mouldy areas on the wall outside the bathroom but once staff were alerted they were very apologetic and the issue has been resolved. Staff very good, breakfast was also good and the pool area was excellent (plenty of shade, nice pool temperature and everything well maintained). Would stay here again."
