Only slight negative was the room maybe needs some slight updating, the carpet was coming away from the wall and was fraying and the kettle had to be used on the floor as the flex didnt reach the plug socket. "Lovely stay at the Bell , we stayed on the hotel side not restaurant side . In a floor level room . We were greated by the lovely Katherine i think that was her name , who went through the welcoming chat and safety. Nice to be explained all to make you feel at ease . The room had high ceiling with just the right furniture, for what you needed for a night away & ensuite bathroom with shower & bath . Room was clean and bed comfortable. With tea & coffee facilities. "The rooms are clean and tidy and are cleaned daily. It’s a no frills accommodation small tv and the smell of curry as you walk out in the morning is personally my only real gripes. However the service is excellent and the food is out of this world, with the owner employing a 5star chef from India it’s not a surprise. I’ve been to many Indian restaurants but for reasonably priced food and drink this is definitely one of the best I’ve had the pleasure of eating at! This fact more than made up for...

"The room was nice, good layout, and the sofa area in the conservatory and outdoor space was a bonus. And it was quiet too, which I was worried about as it's a pub. The room wasn't super clean, there were dead bugs and stuff. And some of the room felt tired and tatty. But that wouldn't stop me staying again. However, the biggest issue was there is no wifi in the rooms, and the phone signal isn't great. As I was there to work it was a problem. "
