"Welcome was excellent, room was nice but en suite requires some attention. The cistern ran all night wasting water and disturbing our sleep. Restaurant and food was great. Breakfast was ok. Lovely church across the road chimes on the hour and tinkles every quarter so not great if you're already awake because of the cistern."

The pub hanging sign is missing so i entered the premises and confirmed with the cheery lady working the bar that i was in the right place😁 After the paperwork was completed i had to pay a £50 non-smoking deposit which i expect to see refunded onto my card. "Very clean but a little worn in places .it was expected for basic price staff were all pleasant and help full home cooked food was excellent . We were a little concerned that there may be a bit of noise from pub but was very quiet . Breakfast left in our room was great idea and good choice with milk and yogurt kept in fridge .
