Hot tub was perfect!! We've stayed at a lot of vrbo's and hot tubs are typically warm water and hopefully 1 jet works! This hot tub was hot, clean and lots of jets!! Perfect:) The stars at night were clear, plentifully and amazing!! The fireplace outside was nice and you can get a roaring fire...

"Perfect central location to Banner Elk, Boone, and Linville. If you are looking for privacy and seclusion this is the place. Cabin layout is great for a family or up to 3 couples. Comfortable beds. The road is well maintained and easy to get to the cabin. Plenty of parking. Few things to note. There is no internet (even though VRBO listing says so) However we had great cell service with 3 bars (verizon). Satellite TV provided with limited channels. The keyless lock is tricky. "Rarely does "cozy" not mean "small"... but this cabin was warm and cozy with plenty of space for our family of 5!!! It had everything we expected for our week long stay and was close to all sorts of attractions that our kiddos really enjoyed. Michelle answered calls and texts immediately and gave us great suggestions for places to explore!!! "

"It was nice, the drive was definitely nerve wracking on wet roads but my AWD had no trouble making it up there. It was smaller than expected but served is purpose. The beds were SO comfortable but we couldn't get the TV or fireplace to work. The house ladbugs were our favorite! We cooked, sorry and left. "
