"My first rental of a ski in ski out was on too much of a hill for the kids learning to ski, this is a great spot for anyone with new skiers. It hardly gets any better than tossing skis down off the back porch!"

"We do a winter get away to the area every year for our sons birthday. he loves seeing snow. This was defintely a nicer house then where we have stayed in the past and fairly priced. The views from the back deck are amazing. The rooms are spacious and overall house kept in great condition. very short trip to get to essentials for shopping/dining etc. we were fortunate enough to have snow for sledding and the kids loved it. good chance we would visit here again next winter."

"We went to beech Mountain for our yearly anniversary ski trip (17 year). This year we brought my aunt and my sister with us. The house was plenty big for the four of us. I could definitely see the house accommodating six the house was very nice. Everything worked well great location easy access to the ski slopes the host of this location is very polite. Response quickly we will definitely have this on our bookmark for next year. Thank you so much for a wonderful home for my family and I."

"Ski Roost has a wonderful view from the deck and is equipped with little touches that make for a wonderful stay. There were some yard games and sharpies to decorate rocks on the deck, the retro arcade game was a huge hit with the kids and adults, and the deck fire pit gave warmth while we took in the view in the morning and evening. We noticed a pack and play and stairway gate in a closet that would be so helpful for younger kiddos too. The living room tv was a smart tv that let us sign in to...

"Great location, house was spectacular, excellent ski conditions, West Bowl was open. No lift lines either side of mountain. Wind was brutal, it was awesome skiing. thanks for a great location and place to stay a few days with family."

"A very comfortable and charming A Frame rental in a great neighborhood. We enjoyed hiking on the trails in the neighborhood and found it convenient to both Sugar Mtn for skiing and Boone for local restaurants. "

"Great place! Close to Beech Mt and town. We found out the hot tub was broken 21 hours before check in which was a total bummer. The owner compensated us for this. Lots of space in the house for a group. The one room upstairs is a loft open to the main living room w 2 full beds not queens so the house sleeps 10 comfortably. The location is great for skiing. 5 min drive and is past the mt so not in the traffic coming from down the mt. Spacious living spaces and kitchen. Owner was very responsive...

"Melissa the host is amazing!! Super helpful and very easy to reach and communicate with -response time was always super quick!! Cabin was clean and fully stocked with everything we could need/want!! Hot tub was perfect!! We've stayed at a lot of vrbo's and hot tubs are typically warm water and hopefully 1 jet works! This hot tub was hot, clean and lots of jets!! Perfect:) The stars at night were clear, plentifully and amazing!! The fireplace outside was nice and you can get a roaring fire...
