"Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay and had plenty of space! The house was just as listed and had all amenities! We only brought clothes and grabbed a few groceries once we got there. It’s such a peaceful place thats not far from Beech Mountain restaurants and grocery. We had lots of snow when we arrived, which made our trip even more fun! Thank you for the stay! We will keep this place in mind for our next trip to Banner Elk! "

Yes! We decorate for Christmas! Celebrate the holidays slopeside with family

"The condo is decorated well and is quite cozy. The condo overlooks a small section of the ski slope and has a nice view. It will more than likely have a great view in the winter as we were here in September with the leaves still on the trees. I believe you could probably walk down from the condo and be at the Ski Resort in a few minutes, but I did not go this time. Bring your own bath soap and shampoos, but everything else is there. "I arrived at the cabin late in the evening and had no issues finding it. I had a few days/nights on my own and felt completely safe. The coziness of the cabin made it feel just like home. When my family and hubby arrived they were super happy with the cabin and views of mountains. We had an easy walk to the Ski Loft for Land of Oz on Saturday. There were some yard games and sharpies to decorate rocks on the deck, the retro arcade game was a huge hit with the kids and adults, and the deck fire pit gave warmth while we took in the view in the morning and evening. "This house was perfect for our family of three. The house is so cozy and inviting. The house is clean and well supplied with items for your stay. We attended Autumn at OZ and this house was a very convenient and beautiful location. We would recommend this house."

I really liked having a good ratio of bathrooms to bedrooms, which is an important criterion. "I came to snowboard it’s a beautiful place is big is clean everything you need. I have three boys ranging from 17 to 25 and myself single black girl was happy. I just got home but the mountain itself it’s not too high if you want to drive your car no need for a rental is still in the mountain but everything is close. "We have stayed in Sugar Mtn countless times over the decades, both in houses and condos, and we thoroughly enjoyed this round house. It was clean and well-stocked and having two toilets upstairs was nice. My husband and I (in our 60's) stayed in the basement in the bunk beds, a first, and we have never experienced a spiral staircase like that! For anyone very overweight or with bad knees, I would suggest you enter that room using the outside stairs from the deck and avoid the staircase. Despite...

"We rented a three-bedroom suite to go ski in Sugar Moutain before Christmas. This property really surprised us on the location, cleanliness, amenities provided and lovely atmosphere. All of us LOVED this property and cannot wait to go back. First, the location is great, 1.4 miles from the ski resort, 2 miles from downtown Banner Elk, with a lot of dining options around. The suit is really well maintained, with a well equipped kitchen, providing nice cooking utencils, cups, plates, and bowls. The unit has central AC system, making it really nice and quiet. It also has a gaslog fireplace, super nice for winter. All the rooms in the suite are large and mattresses are very comfortable. The community has a activity center, providing games, puzzles and showing movies every night. We LOVE LOVE LOVE the vibe and were really surprised by the amenities provided. We cannot wait to go back next year. Thank you SO MUCH for the well managed property!"
