With 3 full baths and the many beds available to sleep our 5 adults and 4 older teens comfortably, we had the best time! As the listing said it is rustic but very comfortable. "Our cabin was as it was described. The property was very clean and the kitchen was well appointed. We brought a crockpot and were surprised to see that one was actually provided. The beds were very comfortable. The location seems remote but it's only a 20 minute drive to Boone primarily due to the long, climbing road. The road going to the cabin has a few potholes but was easy to navigate in the daylight. The stream behind the cabin was a nice addition. It was a very peaceful and comfortable...

"This cabin is so unique and charming! We enjoyed listening to the rain on the tin roof swaying on the screened in porch swing. The fire from the gas logs and the comfortable couches provided a perfect place to relax and unwind at the end of the day. The location to hiking trails, good restaurants and snow tubing couldn’t be beat. We thoroughly enjoyed our mountain getaway!"

"This was our 2nd time staying at this beautiful cabin. Everything was cozy and comfortable. Location is the best. Lovely short drives to Blowing Rock, Valle Cruicis, Banner Elk and of course downtown Boone. Even the grocery store and restaurants are close by. Staying at the cabin itself was perfect to relax and unplugg from everyday life. The owner is very prompt and courteous with communicating. I hope to return again! "
