"Beautiful property and area! Very quiet and peaceful. Lots of land for the dogs to run. Kids enjoyed the creek and exploring around the property. They have a tankless water heater, which means never running out of hot water from showers. Satellite TV is nice, and the internet works good. Gas fireplace is a push button and is probably the easiest fireplace I’ve ever used. Cabin has just about everything you need. Our ONLY negative is that the couch is a couch bed and not very comfortable, but...

"As advertised. Very spacious and comfortable sleeping for our 10 adults. Winter storm and probably 10 inches of snow that week and though a four-wheel-drive was needed it was easily accessible and ample parking for fairly large vehicles. Hope to return."

"What a beautiful property in the perfect setting. Very clean and well appointed throughout. Everything you could need is provided to include a very nice hot-tub, satellite internet, fireplace, and a grill. There are a few neighbors in the area that are not too close to be an issue. Keep in mind that the property is pretty remote so make sure you bring everything you need for the stay or be prepared to drive 30 minutes to the nearest grocery. "Our family came to Boone to celebrate our daughter's graduation from App State and we stayed at Rustic with a Chef Stove. It was a perfect place for our family! We loved playing games by the fireplace, relaxing in the hot tub and making smores around the fire pit. There were nice personal touches (well stocked coffee bar, smores stuff, welcome note and snacks) upon our arrival. It was a great weekend!"

"Great place to stay. Exactly as described. The only things i can point out was the kitchen was a little sticky on the floor and cabinet drawer handles. The fact we have to take out our own trash it a little weird since we pay for cleaning. And we were in a truck and needed to back into the actual driveway bc the turn was very sharp.But over all i highly recommend. "

"Staying here was amazing! Came out for a guys trip and there are multiple great trails near by. The property is one of the only houses at the top of the moutain. The views are beatuiful. Highly recommend staying here. The only thing is we had 3 dead mice in the house so making sure the house is clean before the guests arive would be nice. Overall though i would come back and stay"

"We arrived in a very windy winter storm, the host called on our way to make sure we were aware of when the road would no longer be salted/city maintained. We made it in fine. The cabin was very quaint and quite cozy. The WiFi was down due to the storm but that just made it all the better as we were looking for a getaway from it all.
