"Beautiful hotel in an ideal spot. Unfortunately the customer service is lacking at this price point. We did not feel that we were looked after adequately - we had to ask alot of questions to get relevant information and the receptionist upon arrival tried to pawn us off on a cheaper room than the one we’d booked. The hotel also boasted free parking and access to hydrotherapy - however the hotel did not offer parking (unless staying in its sister location). Your will need to find your own...

"This hotel is clean, modern and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast selection was good. The only complaints I would have is coffee was very weak,but starbucks is within walking distance. There was instant oatmeal but no microwave in the breakfast area to heat it. Not a deal breaker. Asked upon check in if we would like housekeeping for a weekend stay. We opted for clean towels and washcloths. They were left outside the door in a plastic bag. All staff was friendly...
