"It's a historic hotel. Has free parking. Great ambience. Surrounded by beautiful historic small downtown. Visiting our granddaughter who is a freshman at Kenyon University, so we hope to visit her many more times before she graduates. We live near Indianapolis, IN, so about a 4-hour drive. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Expedia got us a great rate."

"What a wonderful place to getaway for a few days. The hosts were beyond gracious & the accommodations were outstanding. It was so peaceful sitting on the back deck, hearing the rooster, & enjoying the beauty of the property. The inside is decorated beautifully & the bed was like sleeping at home!! "As a family that lives in different parts of the US, it was nice to find a central location to meet and spend a weekend together at. The house was huge, with lots of living room space. The bedrooms were great in size too. The bathrooms were nice too. Something that we didn't expect to enjoy, there are no TVs.
