"Late check in went seamlessly and the front desk gal sounded genuinely happy to see us. Our room reserved for 4 people only had 3 towels and 3 washcloths which requires us to ask for another set and seems unnecessary. We ordered coffee drinks in the AM and the gal making the drinks did not seem to know what she was doing to make the drinks, seemed very nervous, ran out of milk and the drinks ended up flavorless. "Overall we had a great stay for the price. Breakfast included would’ve been great but it was nice that we could order food on site for dinner. The pool was too cool for our kiddos which was a disappointment as it was one of the reasons we picked this hotel. The hot tub was also closed so we couldn’t try to get warm from the pool. "
