Had to park in the front yard to get guaranteed in/out with other tenants The company charged an unauthorized charge on my credit card after I requested and declined a quote for a possible extension but DID refund the charge immediately and stayed in great communication with me, answering all emails promptly at all hours of the day."

"The apartment is the converted boiler-room of the old Newark High School. It was very nicely converted into a spacious two-bedroom apartment. Very comfortable.We only had one small issue, and our host was swift to take care of it."
