"This was a shared guest house but everyone was very private. I never met another person although I heard people leaving. I would stay here again. The house and the view from the second floor was historically nice."

"My kids and I fell in love with Riverview Retreat. I wanted a place to spend Thanksgiving with my daughter as she's in Baltimore for the next two years (we're in TX). "I chose this property based on the "Rooms & Beds" large type in the listing, since we were bringing 4 grandchildren ages 10-16 who don't like to sleep with each other. "The property is 3 levels with spiral staircases. 1) Downstairs "livingroom" area with sofas and TV. Washer/dryer also located there. We didn't spend much time in this room since there was no bathroom on that level 2) Second floor has the queen bed (comfy), kitchen and bathroom. This is where we spent 95% of our time.
