Actually the employees all throughout the hotel/ hotel restaurants were so friendly. Location is in the heart of old Quebec city so everything is very walkable. Very european like city. "

The pool was really nice although very busy, not surprising given it was March break. From our balcony overlooking the atrium we were able to take in the entertainment: a singer, a light show and an aerialist show.
