"This place is an incredible gem. I can't be more serious when I say this place was an absolutely stunning find for such an affordable rate. I was coming into Salisbury to see nearby sites such as Stonehenge and Old Sarum and Salisbury Cathedral. The Red Lion is a historic, 800 year old inn located conveniently within a lovely short walk to the cathedral and a 2 minute walk to the bus station for all of the historic sites.
