"When I made my reservation I noted in the special assistance section that I preferred a ground floor room due to hip and knee replacement. Upon arrival, found out no ground floor so front desk lady said she could move me to 1st floor. I was happy and appreciative. I had prepaid via Expedia. Female said room found and then told additional $15. I declined the move as thought a ‘switch and bait’ tactic. Also would prefer a coffee machine in the room. Not a deal breaker. Everything else was fine. "

"Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room and a generally great experience. This is a very well managed motel. Of course it isn't the Ritz, but dies not pretend to be. I am completely satisfied with my two night stay."

"The numerous windows allowed us to enjoy breathtaking views from nearly every room! There were plenty of bedrooms to spread out, and the great room was big enough we didnt feel crowded even when we were all together. The Barn House allowed night owls a space to hang out without disturbing/ delaying bedtime for the little ones. Great stay! ones. "

"We stayed 3 nights in this gorgeous loft, in a perfect location in the charming village of Sharon Springs. The hosts have created a warm, comfy, top-notch apartment in an historic building. "Soooo the motel is in the middle of reconstruction. The rooms are great, modern, big, comfortable beds, lovely floors in bathroom, good amenities. Microwave, fridge coffeemaker, big tv. The other parts of motel are being remodeled. I did not like being asked how long i was going to wait for my brother in the lounge because “ it wasn’t for sitting around) or something to the effect, when i had been there 35 minutes. Extremely rude and very inhospitable "
