They speak English well and theyve been so helpful with whats around the area as well as all around Taiwan. They have international power sockets too, which makes it easy to charge right away. "A lovely hotel with great service! It is located very close to Jiufen which is great and it has parking...so if you’re driving, it’s best to walk to Jiufen from the hotel as parking in Jiufen itself is a nightmare!"
