"This is a wonderful place to stay in the Alpuharra. The rooms are well appointed with comfortable beds and incredible views. The couple who runs it are sweet and kind and considerate. We had dinner and breakfast there which was delicious with all fresh local fare. The property has a nice pool overlooking the mountains. There is a 10 min trail down to the town which has good restaurants and lovely shops. Highly recommended! "

"When we arrived we were greeted by our host, shown our room which was large and had a king sized bed which was very comfortable, also with a sofa bed, patio doors onto a private balcony overlooking the mountains. There was no snow close by but we were assured it may snow anytime. A very enjoyable experience. Thank you"

"The location is nicely situated next to the slopes and convenient for people who want to enjoy winter sports. Hotel also has its own parking onsite with free valet. The balcony overlooked the slopes but it would’ve been nice to have chairs out there to sit and enjoy the sun. "For a first time ski weekend this hotel couldn’t be better! Located just by the ski lifts, secure ski lockers were provided. The room was very cosy and warm, clean, well equipped, warm soft light and hot showers. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. On last day we were able to store our belongings in the locker and take shower in a separate space for departing guests. "I benchmark a 5 star experience against chains like the Peninsula. This was a total surprise. Ski weekend and this hotel is perfect. The staff is all in sync and have consistent, excellent professionalism and are just nice people. So many conveniences here for skiers. Right at a chair lift. On site ski rental. Parking. Shuttle.
